Monday Mantras & Coffee Talk

Today – is a beautiful new day, a new morning to start the week off just how we like it. Forget that Monday blues mentality, I’m on a different level of frequency – I rise above the negative connotation Monday is given and refuse to let that seep into my week and cause to fall short of incredible. 

Monday mornings are Coffee talk inspired by two beautiful ladies: Her Sailing Soul & Classy, Sassy, and a Bit Smartassy

Where we talk about our goals for the week over coffee and share them with beauties like you! I believe this is powerful because it falls in line with the Law of Attraction. A philosophy I have adopted over a decade ago and still apply to my life to this day. “Like attracts like”. Meaning the thoughts become things. I cannot even express to you how real this is and for me – it’s nearly instant results. When we speak aloud and/or write out our intentions we have a better chance at them coming to life. ♦ CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY ♦

Monday Morning MantrasGoal #1: As some of you may have seen – I am putting together my series of Sweepstakes/Contests/Giveaways for the Summer, Fall, and Winter of this beautiful 2nd  half of 2015! I adore the fact I get to ‘give back’, in a few different ways. Read more about how us bloggers involved will donate to charity! (inside the live example). The first one launching July 1st with Piping Rock Health Products – running for 3 weeks is now live for Blogger Co-Hosting opportunities, but the sweepstakes itself needs some fine-tuning. Goal #2: I cherish the moments I have as a paid blogger. Why? Because I’m a life long writer and studied journalism for quite some time, creative writing is a passion of mine and not a moment goes by that I’m grateful for the opportunities I manifested it as a job. With that being said – I have the following campaigns to say hello & goodbye to! Finish up my last week of the ♥Most-Fit Workouts campaign; Start the July campaign with ♥Grokker, and wait for my ♥About Time product to come in for the July campaign, and wait for product on two other food brands for product review that I’m not quite ready to mention yet. Goal #3: My last goal for the week (because the above mentioned is hefty in all reality) is to D E T O X and document a study that I did over the past week, inspired by all of you! Remember my instagram post about “What do you want to read about?” Well most of you answered C: Detoxing the body – naturally.

I took those statistics 6 days ago, and did a study on myself – on sugar and its’ effects on the body. (I chose Sugar because it’s the #1 cause of unhealthiness & unhappiness); I wanted to understand the chemistry happening when someone who doesn’t consume added sugar in their diet – to someone who started adding it. To shed light on those who might not be aware on the harmful effects [added] Sugar has on the mind, body, & emotions (and how much it’s everywhere). The symptoms and effects were dramatic because of my high health standing which was perfect otherwise I would not have felt a difference. My purpose is to further shed light on how our whole-being can feel AMAZING by being conscious & not consuming sugar in the diet.

And while you may see me cleansing with a smoothie & juice fast over the next 7 days, I’m not necessarily saying this is what you need to do to detox (although it is effective), but I will write deeper into the science of what happens to the body as a whole and integrate Herbs, Essential Oils, & Proper Nutrition to reach normalcy and hopefully get that published come weekend.

It is something we have to become “one” with, or the turn key will not work.It is not something you can simply utter. Mantras can be an effective force in creating something but only if they come from a source where there is a complete understanding of all that is sound. Sound = creation of itself. Each mantra activates a particular kind of energy in a different part of the body. If you utter the sound, you are relating to the form – not just psychologically, but existentially, you are connecting with the form Understand? Be one with it, carefully, and with practice you will form your thoughts into manifestations. 

Mantras relative for this weeks intentions … 

  1. This entire union now belongs to the Divine. It’s in your hands completely and I’m open to a miracle of completion. All unfolds in the perfect way for the good of all. I needn’t fear letting go; my needs are always abundantly met.
  2. My perfect new path is already selected and will arrive at the right time. I’ll be shown the steps to receive it.
  3. My life is unfolding in Divine timing. All delays are beneficial. I’m always at the right place at the right time.
  4. I am fulfilled, I am fearless.



… Now I will go on with my week holding these intentions and ways of disrupting negativity close by and in rememberence when things get rocky or tough. It is bound to happen, but we can at least be prepared for it. 

… Take a few bigger breaths and a moment to pause and think. It will make a world of a difference.
